We just Re-imaged the crio so it's right in my memory..lol Before starting make sure you run the NI-Update Service that comes installed with labview. Then just follow the directions carefully on this website.

It took us about 2 hours to re-image ours cause we had problems connecting, just make sure ip address settings are good and you have everything updated.
