Hopefully the screws (if any) are not capable of conducting current from the robot's aluminum base plate to the cRIO's threaded holes. (Even if they are, it's easily fixable.)

I don't think that main power switch (120 A breaker) is particularly inaccessible from the exterior of the robot. Although a full determination will depend on what goes on top,
as it stands now, if I were inspecting it, I'd pass that aspect of it without question.
