We updated our cRIO to the 2013 image and tried to send bits to an LED strip that we used in prevous years. The strip worked but the color and brightness changed very slowly compared to previous year. We put a print out statement to see how long the set(true) command was taking and we descovered that it took about 250 microseconds to set each bit. And we had a 1000 bits to set to it takes about 300 miliseconds to refresh the light strip.

Has anyone else also noticed a large delay sending bits from this year to prevous year?
