Re: Climbing -- battery or pneumatics?

If you are not using pneumatics elsewhere and can pre-charge your accumulators and only use that much air, you wouldn't have to worry about your battery.

If you need an onboard compressor to refill your accumulators, you'll take a bigger battery hit. Compressing air is one of the most inefficient energy transfers out there.
