Rule G23-1A question
In rule G23 it says:

a ROBOT may not have its horizontal dimensions exceed a 54 in. diameter vertical cylinder relative to the ROBOT
Some of our teammates are disagreeing, when it says "relative to the robot" does that mean if our bot goes up sideways our cylinder is now horizontal?
