Hello Michigan FRC teams,

Team 3641, The Flying Toasters, has recently partnered up with the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum to host a FIRST Robotics Festival on the weekend of May 11th and 12th. Your team is invited to act as an exhibitor if you choose to attend! Attached to this message is a flier regarding the event and what we are requesting for participating teams.
The festival will run from 10AM—4PM on Saturday, May 11th, and from noon—4PM on Sunday, May 12th. Teams may arrive an hour early on that Saturday to unload and set up. Robots may be stored securely in the museum overnight to reduce the hassle of reloading. Further details about the event, check-in and shift procedures, necessary supplies, and promotional materials will be released as we receive them.
Please let us know via email at southlyonrobotics@gmail.com if your team plans on attending by 2/15/2013. Due to the time-sensitive nature of coordinating this event, we must impose this deadline to determine if we will need to invite additional teams.
