Received new cRIO, but came with old LV software

We just received a new cRIO (4-slot) and are having trouble pushing code to it.

We successfully imaged it with the FRC_2012_v43 image, and confirmed that image.

Robot code would still not download, displaying an error complaining about the version of Labview on the cRIO was different then the version on the cRIO. So upon exploring with MAX we discovered LabView RT 2011 software was installed on the cRIO.

Then using MAX, we uninstalled 2011 and reinstalled 2012 making sure to grab the extra packages (as far as we could see) .

Our question, has anyone else been forced to do this and if so do you have a confirmed list of packages to be totally FRC compliant - or is there a document available that describes how to 'officially' bring an old cRIO up to date?

Wondering if this is a problem with receiving old cRIOs from warehouse stock in Hungary?

Thanks ...
