As mentioned, there are other sources of error, but I suspect those will be pretty small, definitely not 2 meters of error.

My fault - I was mistaken and wrote 12 inches but we used in the code 20 inches (now i edited the thread). sorry for that...
Still, we had this error of ~2 meters.
Does one of you tried this kind of that code and it worked with small errors?
