Devices may be repaired, provided the performance and specifications of the component after the repair are identical to those before the repair.

I can verify that the joints between J4 and J3 shouldn't be connected, and that (at least on the one I have infront of me) The two pads at D6 aren't connected, but it looks like they are on the same trace so it shouldn't matter.
