The c is a folder or directory and in it is the ni-rt, then startup, and in that startup.rtexe.

Does the Build succeed? If so, you should be able to Run as Startup which will cause the cRIO to reboot, and the DS should show the code running. The boot time is somewhere between 20 and 30 seconds.
