Did you check your solenoid code?
The code has to energize the solenoid to get the lights.
You can try: - Test Mode from the Driver Station
- Enable the robot
- Go to the Dashboard Test tab
- Look for the Solenoid entries
- highlight "value" and you'll get a control at the bottom of the Test tab window that turns the solenoid on/off.
