Did you change the motor for the transmission on top of your collector? It definitely a fisher price gearbox but the motors for those are illegal. If you have changed it to an AM9012 or BB550 than it's okay and you can ignore this but as an inspector that's a bit worrisome.
Otherwise very cool pickup mechanism.
