I've seen previous videos with short film clips - one had a scene from the Matrix. However, I'm not sure whether this is allowed under current rules. The manual
specifically states that videos must be "free of copyright restrictions, including music." But does "educational use" (guidlines with which I'm not familiar) mean that you are free from "copyright restrictions"? That I'm not sure, and your best bet is to open a Q&A, email frcteams, and/or get in touch with an intellectual property lawyer
