Greg is talking about the NI Vision package that's part of the LabVIEW DVD that came in the Kit of Parts. The DVD is actually just a collection of different LabVIEW packages and you don't have to reinstall the whole thing. You can tell the installer to leave basic LabVIEW and Real-Time alone and just re-install the NI Vision package.

But first try the easier solution:
  • Drop the fps to 10
  • Increase compression to 50%
  • Drop resolution to 320x240
Watch the Mb/s reading on the Dashboard as well. Any reading over 5 Mb/s can start dropping video.
