Palmetto, New York City, Orlando (63), Virginia, Los Angeles, 10,000 Lakes (63), Seattle (64), Alamo (61) Chesapeake (64) are the regionals I found that have over 60 teams. You were indeed correct that there are four regionals with 65 teams.
