Same penalty would take effect. At that point, I would suspect the ref would probably be thinking about pulling out the cards for egregious behavior, as well.
The message sent to teams by the pyramid penalty is,
do not repeat do not interfere if someone is climbing! At best, it's a 30-point penalty--and it can only get higher.
