I doubt that the players can stack all 8 boxes in the 10 seconds, (you should try some time, it's not easy
), but if they somehow could, i think most teams will go for the stack on the ramp first. Unless a team knows they won't be as fast as their opponents, or the opposing alliance had no way of stacking, going for the ramp will probably get more points and an eventual victory.
Outside of autonomous period, i have no insight.
