The archive is not trying to replace the webcast. 2337 is the one who handles the FiM video archive. Usually only events 2337 are at get archived (although there have been exceptions - Troy and Waterford were both archived last year). It's meant to supply people with high quality videos in pseudo realtime at a camera angle that makes sense. The webcast and the archive aren't two systems fighting each other - they're two independent systems operated by two teams independent from each other.
