I must plug Southwest Airlines here. After spending 2-1/2 hours total talking to customer care representatives say "no, that's all booked up" I have to say that my chat with SWA was much more tolerable than 2nd place, and they came in more than $120 under 2nd place.

A Student of mine called cheapOair and asked about group rates. Didn't know they did that. I'll post back on what we find out.
