I would personally like to give a shout out to you and all your other refs, volunteers, and the awesome AndyMark FTA, Liz! I think we can all say you guys were extremely fair and professional when it came to ref'ing our matches, even if it meant we weren't allowed to finish our finals match. I really hated doing that to you guys too! But your alliance captain gave me the backup coupon at the last second, then it took me a minute or two before I could come over to talk to you. Your entire team on the floor was super awesome about the whole situation and understood completely, which made it much less stressful for me, so I cannot thank them enough for that.
