When we travelled to the Ruckus in Rochester in the fall, American Customs told us that in the future it would be a good idea to have a print copy of an inventory of tools and materials we had with us - not for them, but for Canadian Customs on the way back. On the way back, we did get hit for a secondary inspection. We unloaded about half the trailer and opened our toolboxes. Once we answered some questions and they saw "Mastercraft" (Canadian Tire) on our wrenches we were good to go. I think they were mostly curious about the robot.
