This would be awesome, but it's not a simple task. Once it's completed, you'd be expected to perform maintenance (rule changes, etc.), which is unfair given that it's pro-bono. Eliminate the need for draft runners by automating random picks. Allow input of pre-determined lists (including allowing "random" or "random rookie" selections). Automate the waiver system. Automate the updating of event team lists and send out alerts of new or missing teams at events. Allow manual adding of events by the commissioner or any user (for off-season events). As a note, FF does not use any non-official sources such as TBA.

All that said, everyone who does Fantasy FIRST would be indebted to you. I would personally be very gratified.
