The problem is "good" is of course a relative term. Teaching is hard because if a teacher knows something, then any explanation the teacher gives is "good" (to the teacher) because it obviously makes sense to the teacher. The student, however, may not agree...

I've seen many a guide that was written by someone paid to do so, that I would defend as objectively bad.
