Not me, but one approach that has worked is to switch off RAID in BIOS (as it boots) and treat each drive as an individual (power off and physically disconnect one drive, one at a time). Alternative, connect a drive as a secondary drive on another PC and treat it from there (easier to treat if it's not the boot drive)
