If i remember correctly, it got taken off of the iOS app store because the team that developed it no longer had a apple license. They still do have the source code is available on their website, at http://comets.firstobjective.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=62&It emid=103 It was made by team 3357.
As far as I know, no port for Android exists. There might be a different app for it though.
