Fail Faster, Learn More, Focus, and Execute.
Think to yourself, "what can I learn from this, and what can we as a team learn from this?"
Always strive to improve. This season may be over now, so start preparing for NEXT season! Have some fun in the summer (I have a few ideas 27 does, if you're interested...
), do some team building, raise funds.
Don't look at it as a negative, everything is a learning experience.
