Here's a spreadsheet listing the top teams not at champs according to the
world rankings that Joe Ross put together using Ed Law's data. I'm using a list of 390 teams going to champs that I pulled from the US FIRST website this morning, so a few of the teams on my spreadsheet should end up going. The spreadsheet goes down to rank #408, just because that's one guess of how many teams will be going to champs.
