Our motto this year is "Welcome to the Vortex. Resistance is Futile." This was coined by a few of our mentors who described the irresistible pull of FIRST and TechBrick Robotics as "the vortex"... our team name helped us to come up with the rest. We've found many applications for the slogan.
Our 2013 robot is named Kelvin. It helps to tie together our lengthy team name in a concise and cool (no pun intended) statement.
