Well in all honesty I was practicing judo which can be quite brutal if you are new to it.  I know somoene who broke her sholder bone because she landed incorrectly. Of course breaking your nose by kneeing it I think that is a first. I wrote a 8 page essay about my karate experience. It is quite funny.
