The FRC Spyder server gets its data from the FIRST server, so if the FIRST server isn't updating properly, then there will be the inconsistent data in the app. The app is working fine, unfortunately it's just not getting able to get the data that it needs for Galileo. FIRST is aware that there is a problem. We'll see when it gets resolved.
