I remember in Atlanta, the previous year's Chairman's award winning team produced a video highlighting their impact in the community as a lead up to the announcement of the current year's winner. I have seen 1114's Chairman's Submission video, and it really is one of the most inspiring things. I was hoping for the follow up.
