Does anyone know how to use springs/a spring system and how to set one up?

warmth encompassing my youth.
Vitality nurtured by it's gentle ways.
Will the sun ever rise?
Will he ever appear ascending from the horizon?
Or will I awake in broad daylight,
awestruck by the beauty of our creation?
