I agree, assuming those first 4 teams are captains I think one may pick another... In any case I'm thrilled to see we were picked as the winner

This is definitely true. With supposedly 8 matches being played in 4 hours there will be almost no time in between matches. I expect any team that does not think they are in the elite scoring category to use their 8 hours to develop a 60", or 84" blocker and just leave it on their bot. With so little prep time in between matches any alliance that finds itself against one of those 2 FCS in quals without a blocker will find it VERY tough to beat them. It would also make them look much more attractive come alliance sections.
