There's still a 4 point discrepancy between your calculated Newton score and mine, but I re-scored your whole bracket by hand and couldn't find any mistakes there. Could you re-check your calculation of it? The best I can think of is that you misread 503 as 303 while calculating your score (1pt QF + 3pt SF).
