The STEP files do include all of the individual parts...you should be able to isolate each component for printing without issue.

Unfortunately I can't do much to help with gear and sprocket details. We don't typically spend time modeling those features.

The gears and sprockets we use in these assemblies are all Andymark brand components. Some of the Andymark models on their website have complete gear tooth geometry. I do not believe they offer sprocket details.

Alternately you can dig around the web to find detailed models for the sprocket teeth...Stock Drive Products has a fairly comprehensive selection. Similar options exist for gear teeth.

I have also used the iSpur_Gear tool from FIRSTCadLibrary.net in Inventor to draw gear teeth when needed.
