4-H teams: Chartering and bylaws examples?

Because I clearly didn't have enough to do (ha), I'm working to start a 4-H club to help spread FLL here in the Columbia area. (Before anyone asks: No, Los Pollos Locos is not changing from its school-affiliated structure. But since we'll be using many of the same USC mentors, the name Los Huevos Locos has come up...)

I've met with our county agent, and she's sending the papers and sample bylaws from another local club so that we can get chartered. In the interest of due diligence, do any 4-H clubs with FIRST programs have their bylaws posted somewhere, or is is more or less boilerplate? I searched CD and checked the websites of the 4-H teams I could think of (78, 1501, 1902, 4452) and came up dry.
