It seems like autonomous will never end since the value of c never changes.
You won't see that if you aren't running auto though.
Same problem with c in operatorControl.
You may not have instantiated some variables correctly and the code is aborting.
Are you using NetConsole to check for code errors? That will show you any errors of that type.
