I would like to know what role scouting plays at IRI- because in reality, all of these teams are teams I already know about (for the most part). I don't think a team needs scouting to know what kind of points 1114 is capable of putting up.
You might not want to rely solely on season performance...many teams will be breaking in new drivers and many robots have had a long, hard season
