There are no free servers that have those features that lack ad's. It just doesn't exist. Those services cost money to setup and maintain...
I'd suggest using www.ipowerweb.com for a cheap host with those features, or use www.lycos.co.uk with ad's.

our website (lightningrobotics.com) uses
www.ipowerweb.com. They are a pretty good host. Not the greatest but cheap. Always up, but can be slow at times. Its located in California, and we are in michigan so that could be part of it
