I personally think it's an excellent rule.

I find it extremely annoying when teams announce the entering and exiting of their robot with loud music. It may get your team pumped for your next match, but it makes everyone else pissed off. Those of you with excessively loud audio systems obviously have not dealt with the gracious part of gracious professionalism.

With over 40 robots at most regionals you can create an audio nightmare. That's obviously what happened during the NYC regional, and everyone acted with gracious professionalism there didn't they?
