Do you happen to have any kids on your team with broadband? If so, tap into that  Most team webpages don't generate much traffic...(ours maybe gets about 20 hits per day...at the most  ) If they have a dynamic IP address, you can just use a service that's being talked about in another thread...I forget which one but it's recent. Or if it's static, just buy a domain for like $15/year and point it to that box. All you need is a lowly p133 or something to run a server. So that's not the free way to go (better than paying hostings fees), nor the easiest, but it's certainly an option.
