One of the items under discussion in the "what changes could be made to make life easier on the folks who run this" thread (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh....php?t=113293?) was the use of folks who could run district areas, and setting the schedule so that each of those folks had some freedom to swap spots with another person doing a different area, or fudge the start time within limits. (And... having anybody doing a district area being able to recruit volunteers to take a spot or two.)
