There are other CD links that discussed fabric source in the past. A simple search will find them.

I know AM has that kit. But time was (2005-2007) we could say that everything to field a LEGAL robot was in the KoP. Since requiring bumpers we can no longer say that. I think that statement is an important one for us to be able to make.
