I don't know how many other people saw this, but Google just created Google Helpouts, where you can get help on a variety of topics through Google Hangouts, one-on-one with someone. Some are free, some are not. I've noticed that, while there are some programming ones, there don't seem to be many technical ones online. I think this could be a great resource for FIRST teams, and a great way for teams to spread their knowledge.
