Hi guys,
So, this topic has been bugging me for a while. What do we mean by gracious professionalism? Is it those little and nifty things that boost the team's reputation, like shaking hands, cheering even for your opponents, helping someone out if the seem like they are struggling, etcetera? I think we should all discuss what "gracious professionalism" means to us, as a hint to those who do not know what that means! I think I might also use this to improve my "gracious professionalism!"
