I move that the Sour Patch Nerds get a 10-point penalty at the Waterford District--with one team member FROM there, they should have known it was potentially coming up and SAID something! (OK, I'll stick to making one of them run it.)

Anyways, Waterford District (FiM) is a Week 5 event, newly added to the FRC list (for this year...). It'll join Great Lakes Bay Region (Midland) at the end of the schedule, in one of the three open spots.

I really hope MI is done adding districts for this year, because we're running out of places to put them--one spot left before we hit Kickoff!
