Joe,
I would assume that to be true.
Our Hawaii regional is a BAE regional, and via our local BAE Systems office in connection with NH, Hawaii teams have gotten support from them since the inaugural 2008 Hawaii regional.
We've averaged $1250-1500 annually as of late, but as high as 10k for 2008 when we won the RCA and for participating as a Hawaii team.
