The robot has to fit within a 30"x36"x60" box. If, at the competition, it does not fit in that box, you will not pass inspection. In other words, if your robot is 30.1875"x36.1875"x14", it won't pass.

If your using the lexan as shielding and it does not exceed that 30"x36"x60" box, then you can have it extend out as far as you want, as long as it still fits in the box.
