i'm not sure i'd even want a "board"...
a team is a team. there's no "i" or "large group of semi-elected officials" in team. they really should add the word "equal" to team, but that would make it a mouth full to say.
a team should be a democracy. i understand adults need to make certain decisions, but i think driver selection isn't one.
