I'm out of the office today, otherwise I'd personally walk over to sales and see what your status is. Did our sales team reply to your email with the code? What time did you send in your PDV code?
Is this a situation of "IFI didn't get back to me yet" or is it "IFI got back to me and it still isn't working"?
I'm sorry again that you're having issues, and we're not resolving them.
